Oryx Ridge Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from olives that are handpicked and pressed within 24 hours to retain freshness and flavours and blended to give Oryx Ridge’s characteristic fruitiness. This Olive Oil is produced from the very best Mediterranean varieties (a blend of Frantoio, Coratina and Leccino Olives). The Olives are grown along the Breede River, between Worcester and Robertson. This region is proving to be South Africa’s prime olive terroir where the perfect olive is produced.
